Custom-Made Orders

Our custom products, including curtains, blinds, headboards, furniture, and upholstery, are made especially for you. Production times vary depending on the size and complexity of your order, and an estimated lead time will be provided when your order is confirmed.

We'll keep you updated throughout the process so you know exactly what to expect.

Ready-to-Ship Items

In-stock décor and accessories are usually dispatched within 2–5 business days after full payment has been received.

Delivery

​

We deliver throughout South Africa using trusted courier and furniture transport partners.

Delivery costs are calculated based on your location, the size of your order, and the type of product being delivered. A delivery quote will be provided before your order is finalised.

Delivery Times

​

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been completed and dispatched. While we make every effort to meet the estimated delivery dates, occasional delays due to supplier availability, courier services, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur.

Receiving Your Order

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours by emailing us with your order number and photographs of the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

You're welcome to collect your order from our showroom or workshop by prior arrangement.
